Return Policy

Sheridan's Market has a 10 day return policy. We will accept any items that are in original condition for return, exchange, or discount. After 10 days all sales are final and there will be no returns, refunds, exchanges, discounts, or price adjustments.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order:

• Product you would like to return
• Reason for the return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

● How are you able to offer patio furniture and covers at such low prices?

At Sheridan’s Market, we’re able to source high quality overstock, closeout, and return outdoor furniture and make that inventory available to our customers. This furniture is high quality and new– the only difference from what you’ll see at other stores is the deep discounts we’re able to provide you!

However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return your items to our store with our 10-day return policy.

● What do you sell other than patio furniture?

In addition to outdoor and patio furniture such as tables, chairs, and chaises, Sheridan’s Market also provides a broad inventory of outdoor accessories. Complete your outdoor setup with one of our firepits, patio heaters, cushions and pillows, or sun umbrellas.

● Where are you located?

If you’re in Utah, Sheridan’s Market has two large outdoor patio stores near you in Lindon, Utah, and Layton, Utah. At these storefront locations, you can come in and browse our inventory in-person to get an up-close look at our large and small space patio furniture and accessories before you buy. If you’re not local to Utah, we also regularly update our online inventory, so you can shop no matter where you live.

● Are your policies for online out-of-state purchases different from your policies for in-store purchases?

While our policies for both online and in-store purchases are fairly similar, if you did purchase something from our overstock furniture collection online and you don’t live in the state of Utah, we recommend you visit our national website. Our national website covers all of our policies for any purchases made out-of-state.
